- Responsibilities To expand the RGBSI engineering design services in US & European Markets
- End to End Business Development, Engineering services selling.
- US or Europe Business development and pre sales activities.
- MArket research & Lead generation.
- Generating New clients
- Engineering services selling.
- Proven ability to independently develop pipeline and execute prospect accounts penetration strategy
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage large contracts.
- Major account management / mining and skills in relationship-building/ networking.
- Should possess good marketing Knowledge.
- Achieve set target in terms of revenue, profitability and other result areas for the period
